\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a teenager, Anita studied with the Austrian painter <a href=\"http:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Josef_Dobrowsky_%28Maler%29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Josef Dobrowsky<\/a>, who painted a portrait of her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apparently after some still-life painting sessions, Anita and Josef would happily sit down to consume the items they had just painted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/anitadoherty.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2014\/01\/Dobrowsky_UMark_portrait_IMG_0064adjsm-scaled-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" Bloomfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Their father Alexander Bloomfield was a supporter of the arts who encouraged Anita to paint and take lessons with Dobrowsky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" the period from 1951 to 1956, the family got well-acquainted with Dobrowsky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div
